Performed DNA extraction from stool samples to study the human gut microbiome. Prepared sequencing-ready libraries for Illumina HiSeq and Oxford Nanopore (MinION) platforms. Conducted whole genome shotgun sequencing, generating high-resolution microbial community profiles. Applied statistical analysis and clustering techniques using R Studio to evaluate species richness and diversity. Reported findings on microbial taxonomy and functional diversity, including visualization of key patterns and heatmaps.

Assisted in biological data preprocessing, statistical analysis, and visualization using Rstudio. Performed gene pathway analysis and heatmap visualization of high-dimensional biological datasets using R and Python Corrected and evaluated assignments for undergraduate and junior master's students in Precision Medicine Diagnostics courses.

Designed and developed a DNA extraction kit suitable for both manual and automated DNA extraction platforms. Carried out essential experiments and downstream qPCR and PicoGreen based assays in the design of Magbead based Cell Free DNA extraction kit. Developed SOPs and validate protocols for effective technology transfer from lab to production line. Assisted in troubleshooting during batch failure and investigations of product complaints.
