Build & Lead end-to-end product development process for GORE-TEX and high-performance outerwear, ensuring technical excellence and production readiness across [12 brands / 500 styles per season]. 2. Built a development gate system (Proto → SMS → PP) with defined inputs/outputs, risk checkpoints, and validation plans. Develop new materials, build technical construction and manufacturing application to pass all tests in development (Especially: >90% Goretex pass rain test) 3. Own key technical pillars: seam sealing process control, bonding application engineering, waterproof construction standards, and material compatibility. 4. Partner with R&D / sourcing / manufacturing to optimize quality, cost, and lead time, including process windows and factory SOP deployment. 5. Strengthen team capability through mentoring, technical training, and standardization—enabling stable bulk execution.

1. Managed quality governance across SEA zone with 4 Factories (5M USD FOB Value): supplier performance, compliance, and risk prevention for key sportswear categories. 2. Drove cross-functional issue resolution: defect trend analysis, root cause closure, CAPA execution with vendors and internal stakeholders. 3. Improved Quality control discipline and reduced repeat issues through risk-based quality plans and audit follow-up routines. 4. Key focus: preventing claims/returns by strengthening upstream controls and supplier capability.

• Led a team of 6 product developers and 4 engineering staff to manage end-to-end product development in Sporting Goods, resulting in a turnover of 15 M$. • Implemented new product development processes (NPD), including product specification, design, testing, and user experience analysis. • Developed and deployed Quality Management System (QMS) and Product Life Cycle Management System (PLM) to ensure product quality and certification before production.
