Khang Pham
Brand Product Developer @ Avery Dennison
About
With 4 years of hands-on experience in sportswear and football kit product creation, I’ve built a strong foundation in garment construction, material selection, and end-to-end development — from concept and visualization to production-ready samples. My journey began in Vietnam’s sportswear ecosystem, where I was among the first to integrate 3D simulation (CLO3D) into product visualization and development. This approach helped local brands streamline their design-to-manufacturing workflow, and led me to develop 70+ apparel products, including official training kits for the Vietnam National Football Team (2024 & 2025). What drives me is the blend of storytelling, functionality, and brand identity. I enjoy connecting the dots between design, sourcing, QA/QC, and merchandising to ensure each product aligns with both creative intent and commercial needs. This cross-functional mindset is shaping my transition into broader product development and branding solutions. I am now taking the next step in my career by joining Avery Dennison as a Brand Product Developer, where I aim to merge my creative background with a deeper understanding of materials, trims, branding identity, and global supply chain innovation. I’m especially interested in how branding components — labels, heat transfers, packaging, and digital identification — can elevate product creation and support sustainability at scale. Currently pursuing my MBA at UEH University, I’m strengthening my business acumen to complement my product creation experience, with a focus on data-driven development, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. As a community Ambassador for Spark Design Academy, I simply take part in a global, student-led network that shares creative ideas and supports one another’s learning. It’s a voluntary activity where I exchange experiences with other designers and contribute to a positive creative community. Let’s connect — I’m always open to conversations about product development, branding solutions, and the future of sportswear in both Vietnam and global markets.
