Electric Component Purchasing — Semiconductor IC, Connector, LCD Module - Cooperated with +10 overseas suppliers and scheduled delivery for over 300 items including semiconductors ICs, MLCC, LCD modules, speakers, connectors. -Management of contract conditions ( price, MOQ, BOM, shipping term) for electric components across global vendors. -Manage purchasing orders (PO) ensuring timely delivery aligned with production schedules. -Worked closely with Sales, SCM , QA team to reflect the production schedule and demands -Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers ( Samsung SEMCO , JDI, Taidyo Yuden, Wistron, Estec, Emtech, Murata, LG Display ) -Delivered forecasts, demand requests, and required delivery dates following the production plans. -Monitor suppliers' performance across key metrics such as lead time, quality, cost, and delivery reliability to ensure supply continuity.    -Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to maintain appropriate stock levels. -Work closely with logistics and customs teams for import/export documentation -Experienceed in ERP ( Oracle) , MS Office, and Outlook for procurement documentation and data reports. 

4M Project Management -Managed over 70 projects across each OEM, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality targets. -Reduced material loss and inventory surplus  -Coordinated delivery schedules and execution status between Headquarters and manufacturing sites to support on-time project completion. -Coordinated with PM, Sales, SCM, VI, and R&D team to control the project's progress, driving issue resolution and maintaining project milestones.
