* Site ground investigation supervision. * Soil, rock, groundwater and environmental sample collection, logging soil and rock samples. * Performing and monitoring in-situ testing (SPT, DCP, CPT, Vane Shear Test, Headspace Test, Soakaway Pits, etc.). * Report preparation and assisting in organising and coordinating the company's contract programme, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme and customer service.

Coordinating the sales of advertising spaces in travel guides and catalogues published by the company, coordinating the regional distribution of the company’s products, negotiation of advertising contracts for major clients, negotiation of distribution agreements, supervising the development of the contract signed by local agents, tracking sales and income levels.

Coordinating the distribution of the company’s products, maintaining and developing relationships with local clients, market research and client portfolio development, recruiting, training, motivating and monitoring sales representatives, tracking sales and income levels.

* Coordinating and managing drilling activities, including the costs, performance and control (geotechnical drillings, exploration core drillings, special geotechnical works / ground anchors, bored piles and micropiles, drilled horizontal drains, water wells): * organizing and on site supervising drilling activities * keeping all drilling records as per project-specific quality and control requirements * ensuring best safety practices on site * establishing the demand of prerequisite equipment and materials needed for the projects overseen * identifying and prospecting new business clients: presenting and promoting the drilling services * preparing price quotations, negotiating contractual terms and conditions with clients

* Oil and gas well drilling monitoring and logging: * cutting samples collection from the proper lagged depths and intervals, according to the client’s needs and specifications * samples preparation, lithological description and evaluation for the presence of hydrocarbon shows, using laboratory techniques as per oil industry standards * real-time monitoring drilling and mud parameters, gas levels and presence of hazardous gases like H2S, and reporting any anomalies to the appropriate persons for action * rig up and rig down the logging unit equipment, sensors and gas detectors installation, on-site equipment maintenance * daily reports preparation.

On site supervision of piling works: large-diameter cast-in-situ piles for structures and consolidation works on the Transylvania Motorway Project: supervising the preparatory works (mobilization, platform backfilling works, welding the steel cage according to design drawings); monitoring the progress of drilling and casing of the borehole, depths, lithologic layers and ground water levels according to geotechnical design drawings, supervising the placement of the reinforcement cage and pouring the concrete as per technical specifications; keeping all piling records as per project-specific quality and control requirements. ensuring best safety practices on site; Conducting on site the geotechnical drillings for borrow pits and for foundations’ supplementary geotechnical investigations. Preparing geotechnical reports.

Coordinating the sales of the advertising spaces in travel guides and magazines published by the company: elaborating price offers, negotiating commission agreements with advertising agencies, negotiating advertising contract with major clients, negotiating the distribution contracts, overseeing the development of the business relationships established by the sales agents. - Promoting the company’s publications, participating in national and local tourism fairs, advertising the company in the media, initiating and negotiating barter agreements. - Recruiting, training and motivating the sales agents, monitoring sales and income levels. - Organizing the content of the publications before its printing, coordinating the team of graphic designers and copy editors and delivering the final version to the printing press.
