- Delivered 9 Data Halls with capacity of 21.6MW in colocation site. - Managed contracted power exceeding 40MW across four Equinix colocation sites. Launched Hybrid Data Center on time and built new DCEO team, while managing operations at existing colocation facilities. - Since May 2025, focused on the hybrid Data Center site launch and engineering operations. 14.4MW total capacity delivered including successful Vermillion project delivery - As Critical Switching Controller, executed 30+ high-risk activities without incident, including medium voltage load transfers and reduced rack power redundancy changes.

- Launched three colocation data centers in Frankfurt as Chief Engineer, leading and completing FR9x Mechanical Operation Testing. - Managed day-to-day operations of six colocation data centers in Frankfurt with two service providers and three Edge sites in Luxembourg, leading a team of 15 technicians. - Completed Manager in Training program (Q3 2022).

- Supported colocation data centers with four providers in the Frankfurt area. - Served as lead technician for Equinix FR2.6 from November 2019, launching two data halls and delivering 5.6MW of contracted power to customers. Took over EDGE site operations in 2020.

- Served as deputy Engineering Manager, overseeing electrical maintenance and spare parts inventory for manufacturing facility. - Implemented new PPM system for extrusion and cryogenic mill production lines, optimizing processes and managing project delivery. - Led continuous improvement initiatives to increase production output and quality while enhancing health and safety protocols at hazardous materials site. - Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, electrical and mechanical equipment, and building systems.

- Managed maintenance department and engineering projects while serving as duty holder responsible for electrical installation safety. - Ensured production and company targets were met through strategic planning and operational oversight. - Implemented complete PPM system, reducing machine downtime and driving continuous improvement in production output, quality, and health and safety performance. - Balanced hands-on technical work with management responsibilities, performing corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical and mechanical equipment, and building systems.

- Performed maintenance, repairs, and servicing of machinery and electrical/mechanical systems across 17 production lines in a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Provided on-call support to ensure continuous operations. Led maintenance department following Site Services Manager's departure.

- Whole assembly, measurement and final test of a High Voltage Generator 200kV and 300kV for a vacuum electronic microscope.

- Maintained hypermarket facilities for Carrefour and TESCO CR, providing on-call support for continuous operations. Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and specialized equipment across bakery, patisserie, pizzeria, and butchery departments.
