Personal background: Successfully managed global businesses for 20+ years and worked in several countries. Currently leading a global management team with various nationalities. Managed a diverse range of businesses and business models, as well as 50+ M&A´s and several major global structural changes. Believer in: strength of individuals and quick decision making in decentralized organizations, motivation by managing by objectives and supporting in the details, continuous training and development of employees. Previous elite handball player and still enjoy sports in all aspects. Additional assignments as Chairman of the Board of Cibes Lift Groupie, member of the board of Dellners Couplers and The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden. Proud Honorary Doctor of the School of Economics and Management at Lund University. Previous positions include Business Area President at Trelleborg and other posts within the Trelleborg Group, Management Consultant at BSI and a short assignment at a Swedish bank. Holding a Master of Science in Engineering from Linkoping University and post graduate studies in Japan and South Korea.
