* As an intern at Etikos, I was responsible for: * Participating in a wide range of everyday tasks of the company such as preparation of workshop materials, doing the dishes, sorting mail, or even delivering my own presentations * Designing and delivering a personal project based in the strategic interests of the company. * o I designed and delivered a project aimed at improving part of their product portfolio by updating the relevant theoretical foundations to modern standards and writing a book detailing my proposals for employing my changes in their work. * o To do this, I conducted a qualitative mapping of their practices and work culture. This made my product a natural extension of the established workways and therefore easy to implement. * o I used my philosophical training to balance the theoretical and practical needs of both the consultants and their clients and delivered a written product easy to use and easy to implement.

* What follows is a general description of this and prior jobs as Instructor for Aarhus University. I was responsible for: * Designing, delivering and developing workshop based learning. * Administrative communication and coordination with students and researchers * Content creation and management * Delivering progress reports to researchers * Evaluating and giving feedback on student coursework * Conducting course evaluations * Highlight-results: * A 20 percent point improvement in student evaluation of the course supporting their learning * Doubling (and then some) the amount of students who evaluated their payoff from the course as "very big". * Professor MSO Johanna Seibt rating me amongst the three best instructors she has worked with in the past decade.
