General Manager of Totally Games an award winning independent game developer in Marin County, California and contributed on several Star Wars, Star Trek and WWII games for PC and console. Totally Games developed properties in conjunction with LucasArts, Microsoft, Activision and Disney.

While working for Technology Infrastructure - helped implement, test and support an automated warehouse system for a new million foot complex outside of Reno, Nevada. Facility and systems were sold to Amazon.com when our sister east coast facility came online and was so efficient it could support all of North America. While working for Mechanics Tools & Mac Tools - Supported internal legacy technology & systems in the lead up to Y2K compliance.

Lead a team to bring the sales and support organizations for an award winning third party laptop brand online in the early days of the Internet. Worked closely to reduce call center costs and improve customer support.

Spent a year in national service program working in a non-profit providing direct services to homeless and at-risk individuals and families with HIV/AIDS to find and stay in affordable housing.

Worked on a team to support development and testing of the CIM (CompuServe Information Manager) client on multiple platforms. Helped support strategic initiatives such as bringing CompuServe closer to the Internet and combat the increasing competition from AOL.
