Materne-Confilux is part of «Andros Fruits», the fruit division of the Andros Group. Responsible for the 5 factories in Belgium. collaborating on establishing further the company operations strategy, Full P&L responsibility, KPI's follow up, helping to build up factory teams, GO-live of SAP/MES of all factories, further drive customer relations, Capex projects follow up in the different plants, reporting to the board of directors

For the Groot Bijgaarden operations. Change management : create a plant management team, build up the maintenance department, engage all people in the plant, boost efficiencies, get KPI's and costs in control and also make sure we are in operations more customer oriented
