As a Senior Consultant focused on Digital Transformation I help established players, primarily but not exclusively, in Banking, Telecommunications, and Power & Utilities industry to identify opportunities resulting from digital transformation. I currently focus mainly on topics related to Digital banking, Open Banking and PSD2 business opportunities. My main target during the projects is to define new digital business models allowing my clients to capture business value resulting from the changes in banking environment, and at the same time identify measures that need to be taken in order to successfully implement these models. At my current position, I usually communicate with and deliver workshops for the C and C-1 level.

* As a consultant at the Advisory department of PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovakia, I specialize in the area of regulated industries (gas, telecommunications, postal services). I participate on projects with the main focus on : * financial modelling * price calculations * compliance services * market research I provide advisory services to companies and NRA's mostly in telecommunications, postal and gas sector. My work usually consists of, but is not limited to, costing model development, price (tariff) calculations, regulatory methodology review, market research, presentation of work outcomes via workshops and workshop organisation.

In the beginning of my internship at PwC, I was mainly responsible for the support of PwC´s Advisory team. By support it is meant: active internet research, active participation in proposal making, translation of various texts, and cooperation with the team members on various projects, especially projects for companies from regulated industries (utilities, telecommunications) and for national regulatory bodies. The more experience I have gained during the internship, the more responsibility I was given and my daily tasks started converging with consultants' work. This is the reason why I was offered a permanent placement in Strategy and Regulations Advisory team.

I was mainly responsible for active telephone communication with the private banking clients, while I was entering their securities orders to the exchange system and performing money transfer among client´s accounts. I had to be focused on the exact formulation of orders entered via telephone, which was required by Slovak National Bank for the control purposes, as well as for the purpose of clients’ full awareness of all risks connected with particular securities. Within the internship, I spent 6 weeks at the retail branch of the bank, where I got familiar with the retail banking products and internal processes. I was helping bank's retail financial advisors with the presentation of bank's mutual funds, explaining possible risks, investment horizon etc. I was also present at the meetings of financial and business advisors. My work required using Lotus Notes software, Oracle software and Microsoft Excel.

* As a Senior Consultant at the Advisory department of PwC, I focus on Power, Utilities and Telecommunications sector, while my work comprises of: * Analysis, assessment and design of clients’ strategies, processes and operations * Complex financial modelling and data analytics to support strategic pricing and costing decisions and performance improvement analysis * Strategic market, sector and competition analysis * Conducting feasibility studies and business case modelling * Regulatory due diligence of the client’s strategic options

I have graduated from University of Economics in Bratislava, where I have obtained Ing. degree (Master's equivalent) in the field of Corporate Finance, while I graduated with destinction and I was given reward of dean of the faculty for the best students from the given year. My studies have provided me with the theoretical knowledge of capital markets, financial and economical analysis, cost controlling, financial investments, financial management, accounting and taxation. Key subjects: Financial Management, Financial and Economical Analysis, Financial Planning, Cost Controlling, Financial Investments, International/National Taxation, Accounting I have used gained knowledge during the elaboration of Final Thesis: Analysis of financial situation and performance of Orange Slovakia (telecommunications operator). Financial analysis was based on Orange's financial statements prepared on the basis of IAS/IFRS standards. I have performed ex-ante and ex-post analysis.

I have graduated from University of Economics in Bratislava, where I have obtained Bachelor's degree in the field of Financial Management. My studies have provided me with the theoretical knowledge of corporate finance basis, financial and economical analysis, management, International taxation systems, theory of economics, and accounting, Key subjects: Corporate Finance, Financial and Economical Analysis, Accounting, Management, International Taxation Systems, I have used gained knowledge during the elaboration of Final Thesis: Possibilities of financing of microenterprises. Final thesis has described theoretical possibilities of financing of microenterprises and analysed and compared banking products available to microenterprises in Slovakia.
