Created and run Empact from an idea to a leading capacity builder for Non-profit Organisations and Social Enterprises. Empact has supported 2,500+ NPOs and SEs over the past 10 years in the APAC region. I am passionate to help my fellow social entrepreneurs and leaders in NPOs to grow and solve their challenges. I also advice foundations and philanthropist on how to scale the impact by empowering their grantee. Last but not least, I am interested in experimenting and innovating new ways and partnership to work together - from brokering skilled volunteering to forming collective impact initiatives.

I had the privilege to learn from a true spiritual master - Sarva Loka Maa Her Holiness Sri Sri Sri 1008 Guruji Poonamji. I experienced the miracles of healing uncurbable migraine, learnt how to understand myself better and eventually turned all the learnings to serve others who are in need. Currently still learning and doing the services to spread this knowledge to help others to gain peace, increase brain capacity and achieve great health.

I was mainly responsible leading the project team to deliver advisory services to both public and private sector clients on large infrastructure projects across Asia. The main projects he advised on include: - Financial advisor to Singapore Sports Council on the procurement of Singapore Sports Hub project (S$ 1.33 billion) under the Public Private Partnership arrangement - Financial advisor on the financing of (USD6 billion) the world longest bridge connecting HK, Macau and Zhuhai.
