About

I have over 25 years marine engineering experience from Apprentice to Superintendent ashore. I'm now serving at sea as Chief Engineer onboard Superyachts, which is challenging, rewarding and enjoyable. However I am keen to hear about new challenges, closer to home and shorebased opportunities. In addition to my engineering background, I have also worked in project management, international relations, business development/management consultancy, marine surveying, and held ship design and maintenance roles as technical superintendent to large fleet of vessels. I have sailed Superyachts in all parts of the world, and raced competively accross Europe and further afield, winning some major regattas and races. Prior to working offshore I was also coxn of the local inshore lifeboat for 5 years. Trained and experienced in Search & Rescue techniques, put into practice many times.
