Echologics' offers leak detection and condition assessment technologies and services for water utilities. These products help utilities minimize non revenue water loss and maximize the useful life of their infrastructure. I am ultimately responsible for the operations the EchoShore product line, Echologics' Internet of Things (IoT) leak detection product. EchoShore is a host of permanent leak detection products that locate leaks on watermains. My responsibilities include: ● Oversee the EchoShore field team responsible for the field installation and commissioning of all EchoShore acoustic leak detection equipment around the world. ● Supervise the permanent monitoring team responsible for the monitoring and automation of the leak detection and processing. ● Provide essential technical sales support for the commercial team by performing onsite client meetings, writing/reviewing proposals, and presenting to potential clients in English and French. ● Build requirements for new and existing products by Capturing client and staff improvement feedback and suggestions. I have managed the EchoShore product line since it was first commercially available. Our team has installed the equipment at dozens of sites on four different continents. Customer satisfaction has been very high, driving over 80% of clients to extend and/or expand their engagement with Echologics. I have received the company's Technical Excellence award for my role in designing, and implementing EchoShore-Mobile now used in five countries.

Develop and deliver training programs for clients, new and existing employees at the forefront of acoustic leak detection. Schedule over 25 employees on projects worldwide to maximize employee development and client satisfaction.

Manage the production and quality control of acoustic leak detection equipment. Develop testing procedures and protocols for each piece of equipment.

Measure and model noise sources to gauge their impact on the surroundings. Model seismic restraints and inspect installations to ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code.
