Peter Smith

I am a highly skilled, creative and technically accomplished design professional with over fifteen years experience within the fashion and streetwear industry. Obtaining an MA in Fashion Menswear from the Royal College of Art, London. I have continued to strengthen my design and industry knowledge having worked with a variety of luxury and lifestyle focused brands, giving me a unique and diverse understanding of the global menswear market. In my current role as Head of Design I put into practice my extensive understanding of the product creation and development process. Managing a team of fourteen designers across multiple product categories of apparel, headwear, accessories and graphic design. Ensuring all projects adhere to and reflect the specific brand values. I over see and creatively direct the creation of four seasonal collections a year as well as delivering key account specific smu’s and brand, artist / designer collaborations. As a creative individual I always seek to ensure that my work is an extension of my love and passion for design and my desire to positively contribute to the evolution of menswear and contemporary design culture. I thrive on a creative and fast pace working environment where my exceptional planning and organisational skills are needed. I believe success begins with a positive can do approach that I love to share with a committed team.
