Develop and implement KPIs to measure warehouse cycle count, blocked material, shipping error, and safety incidents Monitor aging material and maintain FIFO for warehouse inventory health Conduct warehouse inventory audits and inspect / scrap damaged products Conduct monthly safety trainings and maintain safety requirements for RDC warehouses according to OSHA Reports the monthly warehouse costs (rent, packing, labor, operation) and keeps track for monthly pallet orders, returned pallet, asset list, lease equipment, and roster Proceed renewal for annual CTPAT security profile

Manages air outbound shipments mainly to South Korea and Europe (aircraft parts and lithium-ion batteries) Handles FCL and LCL ocean outbound shipments for numerous customers Prepares export documentation, including Airway Bill, Cargo Manifest, AES filing, Invoices and other documents Communicates regularly with customer and shipper regarding shipment status and follow up with airlines to monitor and track departure and arrival of the shipment Provide rate quotations for both air and ocean outbound shipments for new potential businesses Input all AR/AP in the system and provide profit analysis report in monthly basis

- Facilitate cross-functional communication between distribution center leadership and Inventory and outbound management - Maintain and develop relationship with carriers and warehouse management team - Develop and maintain a system that determines the cost of operations and services both for actual and prospective future periods - Works with insurance brokers on both rate negotiations and coverage limits
