Responsibilities： ①Plan and implement of continuous improvement utilizing Six Sigma and Lean tools for series production tools ②Trouble shooting for mass production mold, Root cause analysis and implement the improvement for Customer complain ③Set-up the KPI (OEE, downtime ratio, COPQ) for improvement team and make action plan and put to use to make sue the goal can be achieved. ④Implement the new technology such as “scientific molding” & “melt-flipper “and “mold-flow MPI” “Cavity sensor”

Responsibilities： ① In charge of the team’s daily operation, overall hand the mold development by the metric QCD. ②Made the ECD for New Project ③Development, Evaluation, Audit the tooling vendor and give relative training ④Management the transfer project ⑤New employee hire and training The main work of this period are lead the new mold development Engineer’s team work, and coordinate with cross function teams work: Support Project Engineer to set-up the ECD for new project; Give a auditor for tooling vendor together with SQE ; Work with Sourcing Engineer to choice the vendor for new mold. At this period, I am work as a Mold supervisor for new project mold, and our team total development more than 200 sets mold, All of those new mold were finished on time by more than 95% percent.

New Mold Development: owner the whole project for new mold development, from DFM to mold trial run, and then tool correction loop,finally to tooling release.
