Entremo was a healthtech startup, developing a remote monitoring bracelet to track patients in non-ICU clinical settings. €500k pre-seed funding was invested by EIT Digital and a consortium of 4 companies formed to complete the first development phase of the prototype, including ELTE (largest Hungarian university), Mohanet (IoT dev agency), InnoTractor (Dutch cloud startup) and Entremo. Since Entremo was the consortium leader, it was my responsibility to manage the funding process, create the delivery and budget plan, oversee reporting, and manage the 25 person part-time team.

SpotYet facilitates new connections in all types of professional events, by matching participants by shared interests. We built SpotYet, a networking-event matchmaking platform, after winning Tobania’s hackathon in Belgium with an initial proof of concept. Turned the concept into a real product and secured early clients through university networks, including EIT Digital, which used the platform across multiple event formats such as team-building sessions, kick-off events, and summer schools. Supported the delivery of 1,000+ participant matches at live events within the first year.

Developed an internal parsing tool to manage and analyze incoming packets of voice metadata.
