Managing the submissions of planned minor capital proposals through the Risk & Value process ensuring cost effective and timely investment solutions. In addition ensuring the welfare and H&S of my direct reportable team and ensuring their targets are monitored and met in a timely, efficient manor. Assess all new investment proposals and report on a monthly basis to the Area Investment Group, monitor progression of all schemes through the standard ‘Gateway/Runway Process’ that’s transparent and auditable and to act as a focal point for Carbon, efficiency monitoring, outputs and asset updating at all times. To develop and maintain a working relationship with Client Project Managers, to ensure timely delivery of high cost standalone schemes through our internal processes, including IPMS and workflow, updating progress when required and maintaining accurate corporate systems.
