My responsibilities included the management of the onshore scanning operations team team of 20 staff and the facilities and reception management functions within the main office which held over 300 staff. The role of H&S Officer for Countrywide Property Lawyers. The stakeholder management for the offshore operations team based in India of 90 staff which included regualr visits to the team to carry out Data Protection and Information Security Audits as part of the due diligence process. Assisting in and leading various business projects as and when required.

Working within the Group Risk & Compliance Team for the largest property services provider in the UK I am responsible for the oversight of First Line planning for the implementation, managing, and controlling of all their Information Security and Data Protection related activities within Countrywide Group. I support the delivery of the business strategy whilst ensuring that the relevant Business Units maintain their legislative, regulatory and contractual requirements. This is done by working closely with the Chief Risk Officer and the business leadership team and by the control and management of the Information Security and Data Protection framework at Group and Business Unit level. Other areas I work in include Internal Audit, PCI DSS, Onshore/Offshore Supplier Management reviews, Business Continuity Planning and Projects. Successfully transitioned 3 Business Units within Countrywide from the 2005 to the 2013 ISO 27001: 2013 Standard in 2015.
