Provide a full project management service for the Universal Orlando Resort. • Develop and budget projects. • Review projects in preparation for the bid process. • Inform all governing bodies, including all legal needs, that the project will be moving ahead. • Forward all information for review and adjust the project if need be, to reflect any new directives put forward. • Assemble and deliver a full project scope of works ready for legal review, and awarding to a vendor. • Ensure that Environmental Health & Safety have reviewed and approved the scope of work, along with products intended for use on the project. • Oversee all aspects of the project including guidance, communication, progress payments, and finalization. • Ensure that all vendor credentials are up to date, utilizing Avetta (Vendor risk management). • Ensure that all documents and drawings are finalized and recorded.

• Worked closely with Universal Orlando Management and Creative Department to oversee the construction and commissioning of Volcano Bay, on behalf of Universal Orlando Technical services. • Delegated technical support throughout the project to support & assist with the following: • Tested and commissioned newly constructed rides. • Tested and commissioned newly installed effects & animation. • Documented and reported progress back to upper management. • Assisted with preparation for operational readiness. • Reported on engineering, civil engineering, and construction. • Reported on electrical, plumbing and FRP installation. • Structured the project team for the transition from construction to preventative maintenance.

• Was responsible for overseeing purchases, sales, administration, budgets and contracts. • Residential Rehabilitation and maintenance including Construction and renovation.

• Responsible for marketing, sales and networking of the brand. • Collaborated with clients to give direction on planning future projects. • Oversight of project bids reviews, ensuring that the packages were priced correctly and competitive. • In charge of the company’s HR duties including payroll, employee reviews and hiring & termination of employment. • Oversaw the company’s accounting to ensure that all government taxation is submitted in a timely manner. • Directed & advised managers and communicated with clients, vendors and staff. • Implemented Health & Safety Programs Procedures and training. • Was in charge of contract for Imperial NHS Trust, University College Hospital London, and several other hospitals & trusts throughout London and the south of England.
