* Accountable for : * Finance Stream Lead for the spin out from BHP for the Rod and Bar business * All Aspects of Accounting and Tax for division * Commercial Business Partnering * Management Reporting * Corporate governance * Financial Evaluations

Develop SAP R3 Steel Finance template for use in the long products division

* Implement the Steel Strategy developed with external advisers and lead the finance stream for the sale of the Steel business (ie Onesteel * Including the East Coast Steel business, Whyalla Steelworks and the Recycling business). * Prepare the Steel business for sale * Manage the data room * Deliver management presentations and IM document for Steel to prospective buyers and investors * Assist multiple buyers/investors in calculating synergies and scenarios from any purchase of Steel (both domestically and internationally)

* Accountable for: * Chief Executive and CFO commercial support for various versions of the business including the East Coast Steel business, Whyalla Steelworks ,Comsteel and Molycop grinding media business in Australia and overseas. * Commercial Lead for the manufacturing stream of the Smorgons Steel business acquisition * Commercial Strategy Development * All Accounting requirements * All budgeting, forecasting and planning * Liason's with external investors and analysts * Management of ~ 100 finance staff * Management of OST/Worley Parson Engineering Alliance * 150 engineers * Developed the Onesteel Commercial Development Program in conjunction with the Mt Elza business school
