Over the course of my 3 years with this private company I was responsible for the coordination of leasing activities for three senior salespeople, whom represent 30+ San Diego Class A office properties comprising approximately 3.5 million square feet. Our team was very active; we completed approximately 100+ lease transactions per year during my tenure. I was the initial point of contact for new prospective tenants who obtained our contact information from our team’s property leasing signs. I was responsible for coordination of the normal leasing documentation process of proposal, counter proposal, LOI and preparation of the final lease document. I provided assistance with many smaller lease transactions including lease negotiation. I performed property tours with prospective tenants. I organized and setup property open house events. I also managed the daily work load of three additional support personnel.

I was responsible for all critical research duties in support of 50 sales professionals specializing in the San Diego County Office & Retail commercial real estate markets. Database administration functions included tracking of historic data for statistical analysis and reporting. I was responsible for the creation of specific reports to demonstrate the relationship between trade areas and the market as a whole. I maintained a San Diego County Office & Retail properties building by building database including; vacancy, availability, sublease, net absorption, leasing activity, and other lease rate related data fields. I assisted in the design, implementation, and refinement of the San Diego Commercial Real Estate Data Exchange. Additionally I performed many functions related to researching property ownership information and comparable sales throughout Southern California.
