* Allocation of the groupage loads, full loads, part loads and single drops (i.e. 1-5 pallets) to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland coming from the UK * Sourced and maintained hauliers in Ireland and UK * Helped out in other departments due to restructuring which included internal UK collection and deliveries bound for Ireland and within the UK * Involved in all aspects of customer services

* Allocation of the groupage loads, full loads, part loads and single drops (i.e. 1-5 pallets) to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland coming from the UK * Organised collection of goods within Scotland, UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland * Booked goods within Scotland, UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland * Inputted jobs onto computer checked drivers hours working hours * From time to time also ran the Scottish Division and helped with the UK * Occasionally loaded the vehicles which also included manifesting deliveries and oversaw correct loading of the vehicles

* Maintained stock levels, checked goods both inward and outbound * Month end stock-takes * Helped within service end of company by running two service engineers to look after machines, creating servicing agreements and supplied spares to customers and various agents * Organised transport and off-load of machines to various sites * Priced all documents to be invoiced * Looked after Health & Safety within the workshop * Liaised with both production and sales * Negotiated with suppliers on price credit terms and products * Looked after the day to day running of the workshop
