Major Contractor Contracts : Draft contracts for major contractors entrusted with tasks such as concrete works, infrastructure, facades, and finishing contractors. Procurement of Materials : Purchase all required materials to complete the works. Since contractors operate on a cost-plus concepts, everything from sand to classroom writing utensils is procured. Furnishing the School : Furnish the school with furniture, specialized playgrounds, swimming pools, green areas, and children›s play areas. Additionally, contract for custom-designed games for the school. School Operations : Initiate school operations and fulfill educational needs such as scientific demonstration aids, interactive screens, and suitable furniture for each stage, including daily consumables.

Working on establishing and developing a factory for hotel furniture, purchasing all necessary equipment and machinery from outside Egypt. Buying all the required raw materials for manufacturing while considering that the cost of the manufactured product is the primary criterion for selling it at a competitive price in the market. Expanding and enhancing manufacturing warehouses and purchasing additional equipment to include all parts purchased from the local market and making some products manufactured 100% domestically.
