I’m currently a Logistics Fleet Supervisor at Cement Australia, with over 19 years’ experience working across logistics, mining, transport, and remote operations here in WA. I’ve always taken pride in keeping things moving safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on systems, processes, and the people behind them. At Cement Australia, I manage a large fleet of ISO and pneumatic tankers, looking after servicing, maintenance planning, workshop performance, and day-to-day logistics between metro and regional WA. I enjoy finding ways to improve systems and track maintenance costs better — because if you can track it, you can control it, and that’s where efficiency really starts. Before joining Cement Australia, I worked across major logistics and construction projects where I was responsible for budgets, compliance, safety, and leadership. I’ve always believed in running operations the right way — safe, cost-effective, and with respect for the people on the ground. I hold an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and I’m currently studying Engineering Fundamentals to build on my technical knowledge and keep growing professionally. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, leadership, and helping teams succeed.
