Management of various contracts throughout all phases including but not limited to; - Market analysis and supplier sourcing, - RFP development, management and evaluation. - Bid analysis, negotiation and award. - Contract administration. - Contract/project closeout.

Pursuing suitable projects to procure including qualifying for bid lists. Preparation of tenders including but not limited to; - Comprehensive analysis of tender documentation. - Compilation of subcontractor packages. - Material sourcing and rate negotiation. - Rate development from first principles. - Quantification of resources required to develop the project cost estimate. Tracking tender awards.

• Contract Administration. • Project Management for various projects to completion. • Project planning for the procurement of materials and subcontractors. • Management of subcontractors including agreeing accounts and variations. • Preparation and agreement of interim and final accounts. • Internal cost control including weekly and monthly cost recovery analysis and forecasts. • Identifying, valuing and agreeing variations and claims. • Site records including measurements, record sheets and production outputs.
