Roles & Responsibilities:  Good communication skills, people networking abilities, a good deal of aggression and customer orientation skills are key for my success in the job.  While screening the suitable candidates for the job requirements, I have used various IT job portals like Monster, Career builder, Dice, etc.  I negotiate with the consultants and employers on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, 1099 and Contract-W2.  Keeping in constant touch with the consultants and giving timely feedback to them, helped me a lot in timely delivery of the consultants for the clients’ needs.  Conduct performance reviews on a weekly basis and report to the concerned officials.  Effectively negotiate pay rates with candidates for contract and permanent positions.  The relationship with the consultant is extended further after he gets placed, I assist them in signing up the contract forms and I am responsible for getting the timesheets on-time.

Role and Responsibilities: 1. Data Entry or job entry into ITS software. 2. Dispatches to drivers via ITS 3. Documentation of reports and activities 4. Issued E-Manifest and Empty Manifest (Border Clearance paper) for US and Canada. 5. Issued T-Check to drivers 6. Handled inbound and outbound calls 7. Handled trip-miles.
