I focus on asset integrity data and decision systems that help operators understand and manage the condition of their assets more reliably. Through VeriCorr, I work on correlating the information that integrity teams already rely on so their assessments and workflows are based on spatially and temporally aligned data with clear engineering context. I also support the deployment of advanced supercapacitor storage platforms for industrial and critical load applications, along with projects involving onsite production and use of hydrogen. My work extends to helping organizations evaluate where agentic AI and automated decision frameworks can strengthen operational workflows and improve visibility into integrity trends over time. I concentrate on aligning business processes with emerging AI capabilities so teams can adopt these tools as core functions that enhance safety, operational reliability, and lifecycle performance. My background includes leading sustainability planning, environmental programs, and license to operate initiatives for major energy companies, with work spanning the Americas, Europe, MENA, Southeast Asia, and Australia. I built and managed regional technical teams across these regions, creating communities of practice that supported consistent environmental and operational standards. As an ExxonMobil Operations Integrity Management System steward, I saw firsthand that safety and integrity performance depend on disciplined, repeatable practices shared across the industry. I founded VeriCorr to address how integrity related information is correlated, interpreted, and applied across complex asset systems. The focus is not on replacing existing tools, but on strengthening decision quality for teams responsible for asset performance, regulatory accountability, and lifecycle assurance. I hold an Energy MBA from TCU and collaborate with partners advancing modular microgrids, resilient storage platforms, and enterprise AI adoption. I mentor TCU Energy MBA students, focusing on how AI is reshaping technical and operational roles in the energy sector. My goal is to help emerging professionals position themselves for meaningful, durable careers as these tools become central to the industry.
