● Knowledge and experience in motors, switchgear, instrumentation, control, solid-state drives, PLC’s, Multilins, SCR’s, medium voltage, and low voltage,ranging from 24v up to 13kv ● Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs on all types of electrical/instrumentation and electronic systems, both indoors and outdoors ● Working knowledge of medium voltage and low voltage,ranging from 24v up to 13kv ● Proficiency in the use of electrical test meters: DVM’s, megger, ammeters, hipot, ductor, thermocouples, etc. ● Under general supervision, supervises, coordinates, and controls the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit ● Assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of staff for assigned work ● Implement production plans according to the schedule ● Inspects and evaluates work in progress, identifies any problem areas, and may directremedial action ● Conducts performance evaluations on staff ● Prepares estimates of the staffing, materials, and equipmentrequirements for projected work ● Maintain an inventory of parts and materials ● Approve purchases of materials and equipment ● Maintains time, materials, and equipment use reports ● Requisitions tools, supplies, materials, and equipment ● Train staff in safety procedures ● Maintains safety data sheets for crews

● Knowledge and experience in safe work procedures and best practices to maintain the DCS for process control, which includes the use of Emerson Delta V and Rockwell RSLogix ● Maintain the PI historian for accurate data keeping, install PI, and create new PI Tags ● Work with Metallurgists and Operations on new process control strategies forthe expert system ● Maintain/troubleshoot expert control system ● Troubleshoot process control issues affecting plant performance with E & I ● Improve plant process control by working with operations, maintenance, and E & I ● Ability to establish effective working relationships with FMI management/contractors

PLC, Multilins, SCR’s ● Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all types of electrical and electronic systems, both indoors and outdoors ● Working knowledge in medium voltage and low voltage ranging from 120v up to 41kv ● Proficiency in the use of electrical test meters: DVM’s, megger, ammeters, hipot, ductor, thermocouples, etc. ● Able to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings ● Thorough knowledge of electrical theory, experience in AC and DC power circuits ● Able to operate mobile equipment, including boom trucks, forklifts,s and equipment associated with electrical maintenance and repair

● Work on low & medium voltage circuit breakers, including GE, Westinghouse, Powell, ABB, ITE, etc. ● Troubleshoot,rebuild,retrofit, test, and repairlow, medium, and high voltage switchgear ● Assembly of breakers, contactors, and related switchgear and electrical apparatus, including the following ● High-voltage switchgear up to 3000A, SF-6 Vacuum Circuit Breakers ATS, 13.8kV, 60Hz and 11kV, 50H ● Medium-voltage switchgear up to 3100A, Vacuum Circuit Breakers ATS, 34.5kV, 4.16kV, 60 Hz and 6/6kV, 50Hz ● Low-voltage Switchgear up to 3000A, Air Circuit Breakers ATS, 480V, 60Hz and 400V, 50 Hz ● Also travel to all western states to perform regular PM’s and or emergency projects ● As well as keep the circuit breaker shop clean and organized, track parts, hardware, and various items after use

● Respond to trouble calls immediately ● Keep the MCC’s, E&I shop, parts storage, and work areas clean and uncluttered ● Install conduit ● Pull cable for new projects ● Perform lighting maintenance ● Terminate cables,repair grounding system ● Perform ground continuity checks annually and as needed ● Perform motor ground checks annually and when motors are replaced ● Work on Cat 6, 24VDC, 500VDC, 120VAC, 240VAC, 277VAC, 480VAC, 4160V
