Manage Supermicro's Server/IOT/Gaming projects -Mainly focused on cross-functionally communication or problem solving, to ensure projects on-time completion. -Arranged NPI project plan, including schedule, quality issue, cost control, and fixture/tooling preparation. -Developing project plans, goals, and timelines, identifying resources needed with factory -Collaborated with team members to ensure all functions reach consensus on projects -Overseen the test flow of projects, clarify issues with RD, PE, and TE. -Monitored the material status with PCC, including inventory control, 2nd source searching. -Co-work with AM for order tracking, including samples, materials, and rework items -Co-work with FF for new project launched and transferring to mass production -Sustained the quality, production issues, and fixture/tooling preparation of MP projects -Hosted site-to-site transfer of MP projects

Manage Supermicro's Server/IOT/Gaming projects -Set up bill of material(BOM) -Co-work with procurement team for the pilot run material resource to make sure factory schedule and requirement on time -Tracked materials status and feedback to PM -Assisted PM to collect internal request and resources for the function team -Applied components part number with CE/ME team, and tracking GPM Status with vendor -Followed customer's demand to arrange mass production
