It’s been a few weeks since I stepped into my role as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board Member at STEMMER IMAGING AG – and I’m truly excited about the journey ahead. My goal is to lay the financial foundation for sustainable, scalable growth paired with value creation: ensuring that we allocate resources wisely, increase transparency in our performance, and make strategy happen through strong, data-driven decisions. In the coming months, I’ll focus on listening to understand what drives our success, and where bold steps forward are possible -make them happen. I’ll also work on strengthening our financial structures and governance processes, thus enabling us to scale more efficiently as we accelerate our expansion across Europe and North America. With a highly skilled team and the trust of our shareholder MiddleGround Capital, I believe we have what it takes to turn opportunities into significant long-term value. The company is a fast growing niche company within the field of Fillers, Adhesives and Sealants mainly directed at the Building and Construction arena with new and innovative environmentally sustainable products.

Advising on the formation of a corporation in a private buy-out process from a larger corporation including also the re-structuring of the business and the setup of the day- to -day running of the company.
