As an audio producer at Financial Times, I work with a team of journalists, editors, and sound engineers to create engaging and informative podcasts on various topics related to global politics, economics, and culture. I also have experience as a freelance journalist, covering stories from Latin America and Europe for various media outlets. I have a master's degree in political economy from Goldsmiths, University of London, where I explored the political economy of darkness in the era of the Anthropocene. I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Oxford, and I speak both languages fluently. I am passionate about producing, reporting, and editing audio stories that inform, educate, and entertain audiences around the world. I am interested in the ethics and care needed to tell subjective first-person stories in audio documentary format. I have developed skills in research, interviewing, scripting, editing, production and presenting, as well as a keen sense of news judgment and storytelling. I am always eager to learn new things, collaborate with diverse and talented people, and produce high-quality audio content. I am a 2022 winner of MHP group's 30 to watch in journalism, and the FT podcast Money Clinic has won several awards under my production, including a BPA.
