Assisting with responsibilities of the front desk and hospitality department, including tending to all guests needs in a effective and efficient manner. Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in the lobby, additional hallways and staircases throughout the Hotel with a positive attitude.

Assisted with the preparation of repairing parking lots and driveways around the Steamboat community in a timely and efficient manner. Directly worked with head of operations on demolition projects, this included the use of heavy machinery such as a Skid-Steer and Asphalt saw. Gained experience in a high intensity construction environment while demonstrating excellent time management skills in order to achieve daily project goals.

Maintained rigorous club standards by providing exceptional "5-star" customer service for members and guests. Greeted and escorted guests to their personal spot on the beach, while keeping friendly conversation and notify guests about other helpful information regarding the beach club. Assisted with various needs related to beach set-up and clean-up. Including towing chairs, umbrellas and tables to and from designated area with a tractor. Responsible for maintaining strict cleanliness while overseeing environmental standards of beach equipment and the beach.
