The company sales is > SEK 1,2 billion per annum and employs about 500 people. S:t Eriks is since august 2018 owned by Volati AB (publ). Between 2015-2018 the company was owned by the private equity fund Accent Equity 2012, and prior to that the private equity fund Segulah III was the owner.

Vinninga Cement is a leading producer of prefabricated concrete products. Sales turnover >100MSEK with very high profit level. Acquired by S:t Eriks Group in 2017.

Nordskiffer AB is a specialist in slate products for Building exterior and interior market as well as infrastructure projects. Acquired by S:t Eriks Group in 2017.

Stenteknik is the leading supplier in Sweden for paving installation of concrete and natural stone products needed in infrastructure projects. Acquired by S:t Eriks Group in 2014.

Norvatek was formed 2013 through S:t Eriks’ acquisitions of Kungälvs VA Teknik (“KVATAB”) and ASB i Mariestad (“ASB”), and merger with S:t Eriks’ prefabricated pump business creating a leading business within its sector. Divested from S:t Eriks to SEB Private Equity Opportunity Fund III in 2014.

AQ Group is a global manufacturer of components and systems for industrial customers.

Responsible for Group Sales and daughter companies in China. Other activities: M&A and Group Business Development.

AQ Holmbergs Suzhou (China) is a producer of mechanical components and systems.
