• Establish Production Data Reporting on Power BI platform and facilitate the development of access to various data sources (e.g., Snowflake, SharePoint, PI SQL, Corvus...) • Work directly with production execution superintendents to oversee performance and manage the pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives for production departments. • Liaise with frontline teams to ensure that new ideas are developed and practically implemented. • Analyse performance data and provide performance reporting for production teams using Power BI. • Use data analysis to provide time usage assumptions into short range forecast and 2-year budget processes. • Identify opportunities to update or develop standardised work procedures for core processes within production departments. • Support production superintendents to manage department budget compliance and forecasting.

• Supporting Moranbah North Site in the deployment of strategic Business Improvement initiatives • Utilising and coaching process areas in the use of Statistical Process Control tools towards stable and capable processes, and to respond/intervene as per the Anglo American Operating Model requirements • Utilising guidelines, tools, and knowledge within Met Coal to implement suitable Analyse and Improve Investigations • Providing analysis and input to the various management routines • Leading and facilitating Analyse & Improve investigations on the Longwall Mining Process • Implementing and tracking control actions so that Moranbah North Operation achieves Business Expectations
