Architected the 0-to-1 global privacy framework for the logistics group across 20+ countries. Bridged the gap between complex legal mandates (GDPR/CCPA) and engineering execution. Led the global organization to achieve ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and the German ePrivacy GDPR Seal. Integrated Privacy-by-Design into the SDLC; standardized DSR response mechanisms and data de-identification protocols. Designed a high-efficiency DPA framework for tier-1 clients, including TEMU, TikTok, and AliExpress, etc.

Drafted and reviewed 20+ data and trade agreements, improving compliance and reducing cross-border legal challenges. Assisted in compliance reviews for 15 international trade operations, aligning with GDPR and consumer protection laws, preventing fines, and facilitating market entry. Conducted risk assessments for cross-border trade and IP disputes, significantly reducing clients' overseas legal risks.

Initiated and led an innovative research project on cooperation and legal support for environmental protection in Asia, worked with members from 10 countries to design and improve the research plan, and achieved the best results since Tsinghua representatives participated in the forum. Independent research on Asian environmental protection legal practices provided a basis for the discovery of the correlation between ecological restoration and improved employment. The research results were recognized and reported by Tsinghua University's official media.

Evaluated foreign direct investment and greenfield investment in the pharmaceutical sector, providing strategic investment recommendations and receiving a commendation letter from the Ministry for outstanding research contributions. Drafted key sections of a report on border control and pharmaceutical supply chain management, which received approval from relevant authorities.

Research substantive litigation issues in transnational litigation, and draft the complaint and defense for the key and difficult claims of the competition topic. Responsible for academic research support within the team, and provide guidance for other teammates' legal retrieval and research.

Implemented export compliance and marketing strategies for Europe and Southeast Asia, boosting overseas sales by 15%. Oversaw international trade processes and regulations, preventing legal and customs delays and improving export efficiency by 20%. Organized a milestone webinar with over 100 Southeast Asian professionals, using feedback to drive product improvements.
