• 隶属投资银行三部兼并购部，承揽IPO、再融资、并购重组、可转债等多个项目，为华虹公司（688347.SH）成功保荐 • 参与某半导体行业IPO项目的尽职调查，重点配合独立性部分核查，包括IT、业务、财务、机构、人员独立性等；全程跟进业务条线尽职调查，包括产能计算、收入拆分、贸易摩擦、募投项目等专题；合作展开项目相关课题研究，包括劳务外包行业重点关注问题、分拆上市可行性分析等；协助法律、业务和财务条线的后续整改推进，制作汇报文件 • 协助部门其他项目执行，涉及研发工时底稿梳理、申报文件财务数据加期更新等工作；撰写潜在客户公司及其所属行业研究报告，包括功率半导体（IGBT、SiC、双极）、仓储物流/数字货运平台、风电、核电、储能、精密光学等行业

• Assigned in CCM GBA team, raised and managed an initial ¥1B new economy fund & prepared for a ¥5B biomedical fund • Conducted industry mapping, project proposal writing, valuation analysis and investment decision report for the first investment target (a domestic lithium equipment leading pre-IPO company) under the new economy fund pool • Acted as the sell-side FA for a B-round funding of an EV company, contributing ¥6m revenue by conducting DCF and COMPS valuation, negotiating to determine a range of ¥14-16B and corresponding 50% discount sale condition • Focused on investment research, monitoring regional industrial policies and structures, researching industries and value chains, and identifying investment opportunities. Conducted daily tasks including NDA initiation etc.

• Worked with Advanced Manufacturing Industry Department, involving green energy and advanced materials financings • Participated, as a key team member, in the successful ¥16.5B refinancing project of Aikosolar (600732.SH), bearing a full set of manuscripts updates, continuous supervision, kernel feedback reply and application documents tracking • Executed the preliminary DD of an internet subsidiary of energy state-owned enterprise, creating memorandums including SaaS and energy internet industry research, labor service outsourcing and mixed ownership reform plan etc., through this project, I contributed ¥200,000 revenue and laid the groundwork for future IPO guidance • Delivered non-standard IPO of a EV group, undertaking DCF model which assisted in adjusting value expectations • Carried out project pitching work, covering graphene products, memory chips, charging cables, equipment bearings etc., and built strong and trusting relationships with clients - effectively managing a variety of stakeholder groups

• Provided listing guidance for a software and information service company, aiming at ¥470m proposed financing amount (I successfully completed the following tasks, which ensured the smooth progress of the phased work)  Presided over video interviews of 125 suppliers and customers, involving bidding process, contract consideration, affiliate relationship, etc., which strongly supports the authenticity of purchase and sales of income and expenditure  Recorded A/R, other receivables, inventories, interview minutes of 448 legal entities in a closed loop framework  Completed circular test and detailed test in 2021H2, involving sales and collection, procurement and payment, etc.  Collected trending inflow cases of internet and telegram giants and did COMPS analysis under feedback inquiry • Organized outlines of manager level interviews with several companies in the consumer electronics industry, made pitchbooks, and conducted research on industry segments that help one company implement its cooperation intentions

• Assigned as an onsite analyst to provide GEM board listing counseling for an environmental protection company  Completed systemic FDD work, including cut-off tests containing 67 times finance cost and management fee, monitoring on material, affiliate or sensitive transactions, and tracking and sorting of senior management, etc.  Grouped 47 operating project sites’ pollution permits and compliance proofs of land use to monitor legal risks  Sorted industry part of the prospectus to disclose laws, regulations and regulatory policies, and analyzed market space to point out an optimistic macro environment, a low market penetration rate, and a rapid developing field

• Cooperated with chief researcher to execute continuous work on COCO (301009.SZ), a nursing products company  Sorted out related financial database of COCO and medical care industry to prepare for writing an in-depth report  Produced a 49-page in-depth report, from fundamentals to technical aspects, from baby diaper market to adult incontinence care market, pointing out core competitiveness that is dual-drive development of ODM and OBM mode  Built a profit forecasting model starting from detailed Revenue Build-up and obtained enterprise value based on the reasonable assumption of given growth rates regarding to the valuation of COMPS and judgments after research • Drafted a 39-page initial coverage of POP MART (9992.HK) to put forward the argument of protruding IP spotlights • Derived an in-depth report on E-cigarette industry covering regulatory policy, value chain and competition landscape

• Worked as a member of museum voluntary guide, playing a bridge role in the dissemination of differentiated culture  Popularized school history for on-campus teachers and students to master better insights on alma meter’s heritages  Led visitors to appreciate local history and cultural relics to facilitate more in-depth communication and cooperation  Regularized on-duty guard inside and off-campus visit outside the museum to strengthen volunteer’s professionalism
