Proteogenomic characterization of iCCA for Chinese population, which is of great significance for the precision medicine. Published in Cancer Cell 2021. Clinical trials about liquid biopsy of minimal residual disease (MRD) detection. Responsible for performance verification of MRD detection product (brPROPHET), data analysis of clinical trials, application for Breakthrough Device Designation and support for commercialization. • Recurrence risk prediction for gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) with MRD monitoring (Prof. Gao Zhidong, Peking University People's Hospital). • MRD detection for neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) (Prof. Zhigang Li, Shanghai Chest Hospital). • MRD detection for neoadjuvant immunotherapy of ESCC (Prof. Lijie Tan, Zhongshan Hospital).
