• Warehouse and distribution center operation management of the client owned parts, according with the commercial agreement established, performing high quality and efficiently processes, inventory accuracy, supporting the entire supply chain. • Transportation management, delivery performance within time window defined, cost-effective cargo utilization, efficient route design, carrier service, exports processes and with international trade compliance. • Apply improvement action items and run cost reduction projects • Internal maintenance service responsible, keeping the building structure, office, storeroom and mobile equipment in operational conditions, dealing with suppliers to support the purchasing process in order to get the most convenient service required. • Responsible of the internal policies compliance, safety and security guidelines and employees development. • Planning Area budget and putting control actions to keep period expenses and variable costs under budget according with forecast and current volume. • Responsible of the warehouse planning, inventory analysis, optimal storing locations, space utilization, material sourcing, storing logic, operational optimization.
