• Design and develop the global compensation policy, including long-term and short-term incentives, stock appreciation rights, retention bonus, and salary plans. • Plan and execute annual bonus and annual merit. • Design and review salary structure. • Ensure remuneration policy and competitiveness aligns with the business strategy. • Import Workday compensation module.

• Conduct payroll operations, manage workflow to ensure all payroll transaction process accurate and timely. • Responsible for the recruitment process. • Responsible for the HRM system establishment program. • Assist to develop and review Human Resources policies.

• Plan and execute the marketing activities. • Participate in the IFRS ERP system promotion program. • Assist in systematic planning for customers.

• Participate in various activities, including IT exhibition, product launch press conference, road show, campus events, etc.
