I’m worked for Deloitte over 12 years, then I take a break and went to Atlanta/US in the end of 2017, and back in April this year. Recently I looking for an Administrative Position. *As Senior Specialist in DTT, I’m responsible for MG and 2 Directors. I usaually close co-operation with CEO office to arrange the client meeting/government event/ media interview, cos our MG is a board member. *For personal assistant for MG,My mainly duties are 1-sorting/analyze the revenue report for the monthly Partners/Regional meeting 2- customer support, and some regularly admin support, such as Calendar updated, draft the meeting agenda, CV/business cards renew on time, Bidding preparation schedule business trip, Expenses reimbursement *My daily work include Approval Process, Business budget control, Company seal management, Training arrangement， and assist project team to finish the work as client’s required. Such as Prepare the engagement letter , creat the project billing, chase the payment and issue the VAT invoice. (Report,open code) also need work with legal dept. to handle the legal matters. *Always I will provide efficient support in any job I undertake.
