- Responsible for coordinating and conducting all marketing activities for retail shops including new product launch and seasonal promotions - Liaise with advertising agency on marketing campaigns and regular promotions - Develop and grow corporate accounts by providing high quality customer service before and after sales - Implement and monitor company’s online marketing activities through website, facebook, instagram and EDMs, etc - Handle customer enquiries from phone calls, emails & digital incomings - Provide general clerical support to the company

- Assist and support Managing Director and Sales Marketing Team to develop new business and implement marketing plans - Manage and update product content in eShop and website - Content marketing including Text, Images, Videos - Coordinate with design & video team for promotional materials production - Manage social media platforms included Facebook Fan Pages & Instagram, Youtube Channel - Analyze and optimize Facebook & Google Ads performance - Online customer service (Facebook, WhatsApp) - Build up and maintain good relationship with bloggers & KOLs - Prepare related documents including quotations, invoice and arrange product delivery

- Provide quality customer service - Explain menu items to be served and take orders - Serve food and beverages to customers - Setup and keep restaurant clean and tidy - Cooperate and communicate with serving and kitchen colleagues

- Monitor services performance and execute quality control programs/activities to achieve KPI - Coordinate with internal and external departments for business and marketing projects - Conduct briefing and training to internal staff (HK and China) and our business partners on the company’s products and services - Help test new services/marketing campaigns and give suggestions before launching - Work out contingency routines with other departments in case of ad-hoc incidents
