Adding a twist to my real estate career, my husband and I leased a 5,000 sq.ft. space in a historical building on Main Street in downtown Dallas, and started a wine business that we owned and operated for 5 years..... Swirll, Dallas' Downtown Winery. We designed and decorated this gorgeous tuscany style winery, wine bar, and retail store....in this wonderful 1923 historical piece of real estate. It was a unique and fun destination for individuals, social and corporate events, including the local real estate industry. I also continued to help people, in a smaller capacity, with their real estate needs!

I continue to enjoy the real estate industry in 2013.... I was offered a position at Capital Title, in their new branch office in The Woodlands...and was happy to accept this new position! I am enjoying assisting our realtors, and their clients, and our escrow officers too! My main obligation is to receipt in sales contracts and earnest money, and monitor the process of the title work, so that the process stays streamlined for all parties. I also continue to followup with the realtors all the way thru the closing date.....and beyond. I make sure that our office is always a welcoming beautiful atmosphere, so that everyone will feel at "home". The Capital Title family, provide not only professionalism and experience, but great customer service too.....we all love what we do!
