Ptovided oversight for the On-Line Help and the development of training integration of a system using Learning Content Management software. This experience included following the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Engineering methodology to define requirements and Concept Visualization process to visualize requirements through interactive models. As technical lead for the development of the on-line help system, her team incorporated animated graphics interface (.gif), index, search and quick reference capability while maintaining Section 508 compliance. As project Point of Contact (POC) for the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) section, coordinated the work between the content developers, programmers, multimedia, and animation staff.

As Training Manager, I directed the daily operation of the Operator and Systems Administrator training teams responsible for designing and developing an instructor led, group paced training course for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marines, and U.S. Army. I analyzed requirements courses to include conducting interviews with users of the computer system.I coordinated and planned the training schedule and ensured trainers and materials were available for customer training upon request. My responsibility included using Microsoft Project to create schedules, estimate resource usage, and track the progress of training development. I conducted in-house training sessions on the basics of Instructional Systems Design using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) Model, and intermediate training in formatting and courseware design.
