Nordic Jet OÜ An air operator establishment. I was leading the whole project and the project can be divided into two steps. Step 1: Initial idea was a 50 seats aircraft air operator establishment. We had negotiations with Embraer, Air France Regional, Finnish Aircraft Maintenance, Estonian Air etc. This included seat cost calculations, aircraft wet leasing agreements, maintenance agreements, business plan, organisation design and layout, shortly all what is needed to start commercial aircraft operation. Step 2: Single piston AOC establishment for Beechcraft Bonanza. I was doing the whole establishment process alone and this included following: a. Manuals. (Quality manual; AOC Part A, B, C, D manual; Continuing Airworthiness manual; Security Manual; MEL; Maintenance Program). b. Application documents. (EASA Form 2 and Form 4) c. Communication with Civil Aviation Authority d. Operational Licence application: I. Business plan writing II. Communication with ministry e. Quality system establishment. f.
