- Led a team of 6 members and collaborated with the ChAMP Organizing Committee to recruit participants for the ChAMP Fair, driving a 9x increase in participation from 16 to 146 in just one week. - Developed and launched engaging content that significantly boosted event visibility, including directing and producing a high-impact video (Reel) that reached over 8,500 views. - Created customized visuals using Canva and produced a short promotional video with VN, enhancing event appeal and engagement.
