At BRB, I contribute to building a next-generation beauty and wellness platform, leading the development of scalable features across both frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind) and backend microservices (NestJS, Node.js, Express, Go). I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with Figma designs and user experience goals. My role involves: Technical Leadership – guiding a team of developers, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices with GitFlow, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and performance optimizations. Product Development – implementing core features such as booking flows, salon owner dashboards, payment integrations, POS systems, and customer review modules. Scalability & Reliability – working with React Query caching, microservice communication, AWS, and containerized environments to guarantee performance and fault tolerance. Cross-team Collaboration – aligning with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions. Through this role, I’ve strengthened my expertise in system design, microservice architecture, and high-impact UI/UX, while driving BRB’s mission to modernize the beauty industry with technology.

Reporting: Weekly, I provide a comprehensive report to the TechLead, detailing completed tasks and receiving new assignments for website, API, or app development. Mobile App Development: I drive the development of new screens and features using React Native and its libraries, taking full responsibility for all improvements and addressing any errors during production. Back-End Development: I am tasked with building APIs for the application using Express.js and its libraries, assuming accountability for any production errors. Database Structuring: I oversee the structuring of the MySQL database, ensuring efficiency and dynamism in its architecture. Web Development: I execute updates and enhancements for the website, focusing on code improvements to enhance performance and user experience.

At Consulting, a consultancy I founded, I spearheaded a multifaceted project that encompassed backend development using Express.js and PrismaDB, troubleshooting in the React Native application, and continuous enhancements in connectivity and performance for both web and mobile applications. Additionally, I took on DevOps responsibilities, deploying the applications to their respective platforms and providing daily updates to the CEO's assistant. On the front end, I led the creation of essential new screens, prioritizing user experience, and enhanced code quality by transitioning to Next.js + Tailwind CSS. I provided support to the team and presented bi-weekly activity reports to the CEO for transparency and project accountability. Moreover, I assisted in the publication process of the application on the Apple Store.

Continuous Improvement: Throughout my tenure at SIP DIGITAL, I have consistently focused on enhancing existing applications, encompassing both web and mobile platforms. Front-End Development: As the primary Front-End Developer for one of the company's key applications, I spearheaded its development through iterative sprints. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and ensure seamless user experiences. Feedback loops were integral, with regular evaluations by fellow developers at each sprint's conclusion. Daily Reporting: Effective communication was a cornerstone of my role, with daily updates provided to the company's CEOs. These reports outlined progress made on previous tasks, readiness for deployment, and upcoming objectives. This ensured alignment with organizational goals and facilitated informed decision-making at the executive level.
