About
My main characteristic is the ability to understand processes as a whole, identifying their interdependencies and impacts across related areas. I have a macro view of organizational flows, while also operating on a micro (or "nano") level, ensuring that the compatibility matrix between areas remains intact and functional. Based on this foundation, I conduct impact analyses that accurately reflect proposed changes. I adopt a reverse planning approach: I start from the desired outcome and, from there, structure the path back to the current state. This allows me to anticipate challenges, set priorities, and align actions with clarity and purpose. This mindset has allowed me to work across multiple business areas. I began my journey in Information Technology as a developer, advanced to project analyst, and reached infrastructure management—always focused on high availability, cost reduction, and disaster recovery. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at all levels, from shop floor to executive leadership, covering roles in technical support (Levels 1 to 3), operations coordination, technical pre-sales, commercial management, infrastructure direction, and business leadership. My approach is strongly team-oriented. I work to foster individual strengths, promoting collaboration among team members. To achieve this, I encourage each person's cognitive development, helping build mutual trust and guided proactivity—resulting in more cohesive, responsible, and engaged teams focused on collective outcomes.

Market Intelligence Analyst | Retail & Construction Products
São Paulo e Região
I was responsible for launching the Casa do Impermeabilizante project, starting from the opening of the first store. My mission included managing operations, identifying regional needs, and supporting the purchasing team in selecting the right products and quantities for the initial phase. I worked closely with suppliers' technical teams to implement a consultative sales approach, offering tailored solutions and technical guidance based on each client’s real needs, including product application recommendations. I also conducted a competitive analysis within a 10 km radius to understand market strategies and ensure fair, competitive pricing. This process revealed a market heavily focused on branding, relying on manufacturers for customer education through media. I leveraged this gap to enhance direct customer engagement, developing an on-site consultative sales model by visiting construction sites and recommending the best solutions and application methods based on our product portfolio.

Founder & Product Strategist | Innovative Camping Gear & Market Development
TripOut BR - Camp Furniture Manufacturer
São Vicente, São Paulo, Brasil
After years in the corporate world and having developed key professional skills, I felt confident to pursue entrepreneurship. I identified an opportunity in a niche market that was still emerging in Brazil: camping equipment. Although the segment was in its early stages, major global brands like Decathlon were already active in the country. The camping scene was expanding, with online communities forming and events being held monthly in different regions of Brazil. The online retail environment was also thriving, supported by alternative logistics solutions that offered faster and more affordable delivery compared to traditional postal services. Within this context, I noticed a gap in the camping furniture and accessories segment—products like tables, wardrobe organizers, kitchen items, and food were either overpriced or lacking in durability for outdoor use, a key requirement for campers. Using vector-based tools such as CAD and GeoGebra, I developed prototypes of foldable aluminum structures, designed to serve as multi-purpose camping cabinets. These products offered lightweight construction, durability, and portability. One of the main differentiators was ergonomic design: tables with a standard height of 80 cm when open, only 8 cm when folded, and a custom-designed bag for easy transport and storage in the car. I presented the project at a fair hosted by the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology in Cubatão (IFSP), where I received valuable feedback, recognition, and interest from potential partners and investors.

Energy Efficiency Consultant | Lighting Systems, Cost Optimization & Process Safety
SKYPIX drone light show
São Paulo, Brasil
Thanks to my background in operational cost analysis, applied mathematics, and identifying process bottlenecks, I was invited to work as an Energy Efficiency Consultant at Skypix, focusing on projects for companies with high energy consumption due to outdated lighting systems—such as fluorescent (mercury gas), mercury vapor, sodium vapor, metal halide, argon, and metallic filament lamps. In addition to their high energy consumption, these systems involved elevated maintenance costs and safety risks, as many of the lamps were installed in high or hard-to-reach areas, increasing the risk of workplace accidents and labor intensity. My role included: -Technical evaluation of lighting systems in collaboration with manufacturers; -Analysis of actual energy savings through retrofit implementation; -Assessment of user experience related to lighting performance and visual comfort; -Review of compliance with national safety and lighting efficiency standards. This work led to projects that significantly reduced operational costs, improved workplace safety, and enhanced overall lighting efficiency in corporate environments.

Operational Security Analyst | Risk Awareness, COBIT & ITIL Governance
Size IT Security Solution Integrated
Rio de Janeiro Area, Brazil
Based on my experience in Data Center operations, critical environment management, and high availability systems, with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, I was invited to work as an Operational Security Analyst at Size IT. My main responsibility was to identify vulnerabilities not detected by conventional systems, often linked to behavioral patterns, undocumented processes, or gaps in operational routines. My assessments were grounded in well-established frameworks such as COBIT 5 and ITIL v3, which provide clear guidance on processes, metrics, and practical verification methods. A significant part of my work focused on awareness and education—emphasizing that information security cannot be delegated solely to software, hardware, or third-party services. Most security breaches are caused by people, not by technological flaws. This experience enhanced my strategic view of corporate security and highlighted the vital role of organizational culture in protecting data and digital assets.

Senior IT Consultant | Infrastructure Transformation & Cloud Strategy
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
I was invited to join the team due to my experience with complex IT environments and managing multidisciplinary teams. My main mission was to lead the migration of an on-premises infrastructure to a hybrid environment, where part of the solution would be moved to the cloud — aiming to mitigate delays and ensure operational availability, while keeping operational management and human-related tasks within the company’s control. The project also involved migrating from a RISC to a CISC platform, which required adapting source code and reassessing the integration of third-party services. In parallel, the company relocated its commercial operations to São Paulo, which led to the need for a robust networking strategy to ensure connectivity and fast communication between locations. Additionally, I redesigned the backup and restore policies, introducing formal procedures that were regularly tested, following the compliance requirements of our technology partners.

IT Solutions Architect | Data Lifecycle & Storage Strategy
Grupo Arizona Marketing
São Paulo, Brazil
Based on my experience in developing and applying ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) — gained through projects with major brands like Dell, EMC, HP, and Tandem — I was tasked with designing a new data management and storage solution. The company worked with printed advertising campaigns for large clients, generating high-volume files, which posed continuous challenges in terms of storage, backup/restore, and performance. To reduce costs while ensuring performance and data availability, I designed a hybrid storage architecture using technologies such as SCSI, SATA, CD, and SSD, applying ILM principles to manage all stages of the information lifecycle: - Creation or capture - Storage - Usage - Archiving - Secure deletion or destruction The result was a more efficient data environment, with improved cost-efficiency, information security, and full alignment with business needs.

Project Lead | Business Systems & IT Optimization
World Computer
Santos, São Paulo, Brasil
This partnership began with two main initiatives: The company's need to hire a solution-oriented ERP salesperson with strong business acumen and IT infrastructure knowledge. In the Santos/SP region, the integrated “point-of-sale with back-office” model was still uncommon. Beyond sales, it was essential to guide clients in meeting infrastructure requirements to ensure system availability. The demand for a cost-effective and easy-to-deploy workstation solution. I introduced a VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) approach, enabling the Windows environment to run on virtual machines accessed via Thin Clients — optimizing initial infrastructure, reducing hardware costs, and accelerating implementation. Both initiatives were successful, whether implemented together or independently, delivering greater operational efficiency and reduced costs for clients.

Multimodal Logistics Consultant | Operational Strategy & Client Expansion
MBM System Software Developments
Santos, São Paulo, Brasil
The goal of this project was to increase the visibility of the company's Multimodal logistics solutions. I contributed by leveraging my strong relationship-building skills and quick adaptation to new environments, helping to understand operational flows and regulatory requirements across different logistics stages. In multimodal logistics, we deal with multiple modes of transport (road, rail, sea, air), all integrated under a single objective: ensuring that cargo departs from its origin and arrives at its destination with full control, traceability, and compliance. Additionally, the project involved pre-costing and post-analysis of all operational resources—verifying if equipment required repairs or replacement, if returns were handled correctly, and if periodic maintenance was performed based on usage, mileage, or time. All documentation and certifications had to be available throughout the entire contracted logistics process. MBM was responsible for developing and implementing these solutions for its clients. However, there was a clear need for commercial expansion and customized presentations for each prospect. That’s where my consultative profile and ability to connect strategy with operations were key in supporting business growth.
