Coordinate and manage international business transactions of the company, such as: - Advise, negotiate, and draft several agreements for the upgrade of domestic and foreign refining facilities. - Negotiate and draft several complex operations of prepayment of crude oil. - Advise, negotiate and draft service agreements to increase the production of crude oil. - Advise, negotiate and draft agreements to support financing strategies for different projects. - Advise, negotiate and draft several term and spot supply agreements (Crude and products). - Negotiate and draft stock purchase agreement for the sale of stocks.

Coordinate legal advices and support in domestic and international claims and litigations which involved the company and its affiliates. The scope of services includes: follow-up current litigations, discuss with specialized legal firms strategies and arguments for new lawsuits and arbitral procedures. Prepare and coordinate hearings according to the schedule programmed, assist and take part in hearings representing the company and/or its affiliates to share thoughts and ideas with the team for ongoing arguments, select and prepare legal experts mostly in domestic law and domestic expertise and coordinate the preparation and draft of internal authorizations and powers of attorney.

Provide legal counseling in different areas, such as, corporate matters, refining, exchange control policies and domestic and international taxation. Advise on legal, regulatory, and business matters related to associations and partnerships with international companies for the engineering, procurement, and construction.
